Not in the package price
Additional parts found during inspection, wheel alignment, tire mounting, fluids beyond the listed quantity, and any repair not itemized in the approved estimate.
VAT treatment
Prices are shown with VAT 20%. The invoice states the tax amount separately for service records and business accounting.
Final price after inspection
The quoted total is an estimate. The final price is set after inspection, when measured condition and required parts are confirmed, and only with your written approval.
Parts labeling
Parts are listed as OEM-equivalent, aftermarket, or refurbished. Original parts are named only when the document confirms the source.
Price-change policy
If the scope changes, the service advisor issues a revised itemized estimate. Work pauses until you approve or decline the change.
Approval before work
No work starts before you sign or confirm the estimate. The signed sheet becomes the invoice baseline.
