What each package covers before you approve work

A scheduled service package is a fixed scope of work with a written estimate. Parts lines, labor hours at the posted rate, and the VAT 20% line are listed separately, so the estimate total matches the invoice.

All prices are quoted in UAH and include VAT 20% unless a line is marked otherwise. Parts are labeled OEM-equivalent, aftermarket, or refurbished. Diagnostic findings are recorded as measured values and technician notes, not as a guarantee of future condition.

Parts tiers

You pick the part tier. The label is on every line.

Three tiers, one estimate format. Each line states the tier, the part number source and the VAT treatment before you approve work.

Tier comparison, per scheduled maintenance package
Tier What it means Price index Documented as
OEM-equivalent Meets the manufacturer specification for the part number, produced by a supplier other than the vehicle maker. Warranty paperwork supplied with the invoice. 1.00x Spec reference and supplier certificate
Aftermarket Independent brand part chosen for availability and cost. Fitment confirmed against the vehicle identification number before ordering. 0.72x Brand, part number, fitment check
Refurbished Original unit cleaned, tested and resealed. Offered only where the workshop can verify test results, never for brake or safety components. 0.58x Test record and core exchange note

How the choice reaches your estimate

Every estimate lists the tier next to the part name, so you compare a line against a line. Change your mind before approval and the estimate is reissued with the new tier and the recalculated VAT. Parts prices are shown in UAH with VAT 20% stated separately on the total row, never folded into the part line.

Scope limits

What is not included, and when the price may change

Each package names its exclusions before you approve work. If the inspection finds more, the technician stops and issues a new itemized estimate.

Wear parts outside the package list
Brake discs, tyres, suspension arms and batteries are quoted separately after measurement, never assumed.
Bodywork, paint and glass
Dents, corrosion treatment and windscreen replacement sit outside scheduled maintenance and are priced by a body shop.
Faults found during diagnostics
The diagnostic fee of ₴650 including VAT 20% covers measurement and the written report, not the repair that follows.
Consumables you supply
Customer-supplied oil or filters are fitted as provided, with no warranty on the part and no credit against package price.
Storage and waiting time
A vehicle left beyond 3 working days after written approval accrues a daily standing charge, stated on the invoice.

Next step

See every line before you approve work.

Build an itemized estimate on the home page, then book a service slot. Parts, labor hours at the posted rate, and VAT 20% appear before any work begins.

The diagnostic fee of ₴650 including VAT is disclosed before work. No account is required to keep a maintenance history.
