These terms cover booking, estimate approval, payment, VAT, cancellation, warranty, liability and consumer rights for automotive maintenance services ordered through boldgkstride.com.

1. Provider identification

The service provider is boldgkstride.com, an LLC registered at 22 Volodymyrska Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, EDRPOU code 39236956, email contact@boldgkstride.com, phone +380 960 668 2155. As required by Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII, Article 6, these identification details are published openly on this website.

2. Booking and estimate approval

A booking becomes binding once we confirm it in writing. Before any work starts you receive an itemised estimate by email, valid for 7 days. Work beyond the approved estimate is performed only after your written re-approval.

3. Prices, payment and VAT

Prices are stated in UAH and include all mandatory charges. The provider is a single tax payer and therefore does not charge VAT. Payment is due on acceptance of the completed work by card or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel free of charge before parts are ordered or work begins. After that point, actual documented costs already incurred are payable. Rescheduling is free once per booking with 24 hours' notice.

5. Warranty and liability

Workmanship is warranted for 90 days or 5,000 km, whichever comes first; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The provider is liable for damage caused by its fault, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.

6. Service information and advertising

Service packages, prices, terms and guarantees are described truthfully and identifiably as advertising, in line with Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР. Material conditions are never omitted from package offers.

7. Complaints procedure

Send complaints to contact@boldgkstride.com or by post to the address above, describing the service, date and issue. We acknowledge within 3 business days and respond within 10 business days, resolving claims in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.

8. Personal data

Booking and maintenance-history data are processed on a lawful basis under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3991-IX. Non-essential cookies and analytics are used only with your prior consent. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, if unresolved, before the competent courts of Ukraine.
