This page explains the limits of the information published by boldgkstride.com about the AutoLedger maintenance network. It applies to every estimate, quote and booking request made through this website.
Independent multi-brand network
AutoLedger is an independent multi-brand maintenance network operated by boldgkstride.com (LLC). We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, importer or official dealer unless we state this expressly in writing. Manufacturer and model names are used only to describe the vehicles we service.
Estimates are not binding
Prices, timescales and scope shown on this website or sent by email are indicative estimates only. They are not a public offer and do not bind boldgkstride.com until they are confirmed in a written approval signed by both parties. The final price may change after physical inspection of the vehicle, if additional faults, parts or labour are identified.
Diagnostic fees
A diagnostic fee may be charged to inspect the vehicle and prepare a detailed report. The amount is disclosed before the diagnostic work starts. The fee is separate from repair costs and is payable even if you decide not to proceed with the recommended work.
Availability
Service availability varies by location, workshop capacity, vehicle make and model, and parts supply. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until we accept it in writing.
Consumer information and complaints
In line with Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII and Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII, Article 6, we provide complete, accurate and timely information about the service, its price, terms and the provider before you order. Complaints may be sent to contact@boldgkstride.com or +380 960 668 2155; we acknowledge each complaint and reply within the period set by law.
Advertising and personal data
Service package advertising is identifiable as advertising and reflects actual conditions; it is published in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР. Personal data, including maintenance history and analytics, is processed under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3991-IX; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
